Delivery:

• Pickup - Free Pickup from our flagship store operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 at Lviv, Haiduchka Street, 5;

• Delivery by "Nova Poshta";

• Delivery by "Ukrposhta".

Payment:

• Cash on delivery. With this payment method, you pay for the goods upon receipt at the "Novoyi Poshti" branch;

• Non-cash payment. If necessary, the sale of products by non-cash payment with VAT is possible. To issue an invoice for payment, you need to place an order through the "Basket" on the website and send the documents of your organization to our email. When paying by non-cash, an invoice is issued for payment. The goods are shipped after the money is received in the current account;

• Cash on self-pickup.

Warranty:

• All descriptions and photos on the website correspond to reality and are processed by our managers.

• We guarantee a full refund within the shortest terms if the product does not suit you for some reason.

Return procedure:

• Make sure that the returning product meets the return/exchange conditions;

• Contact us so that the manager sends you the data where you need to return/exchange the product; return/exchange the product

You can use the same Invoice, by which it was received. At Nova Poshta, you must have the returning product, the relevant conditions, an internal check, and the Invoice;

Refunds are made within 7 banking days from the receipt of the returnable product;

Refunds are made at the buyer's expense.
